Technology: We use one of the finest foodservice computer
programs available, Produce Pro. This software enables us to give you, the end
user, pricing, invoices, statements, usage and other specially designed reports.
Backup: In case of power failure, we have installed
a generator system that will fully power the entire facility. This will ensure
that the cold chain remains intact and the customer sees no disruption in service
or quality of product.

Order Items: If you need any product from the Los Angeles market or any
specialty items, please use the following ordering schedule. There are certain
times of the year that we can get you specialty items locally. When this is the
case, ordering time will be shorter. Please let us know what your needs are and
we would be happy to assist you.
Orders placed before noon Friday will be delivered the following Thursday.
Orders placed before noon Wednesday will be delivered on the following Monday.
